The 5 Ways to Wellbeing

Teaching is one of the most rewarding professions, but it can also be one of the most demanding. "5 Ways to Wellbeing for Teachers" is a practical, research-based course designed to help educators prioritise their well-being, reduce stress and create sustainable habits to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

This course is built on the Five Ways to Wellbeing framework: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give. Each pillar provides simple, actionable strategies that are easy to implement in the busy life of a teacher, ensuring a balance between professional responsibilities and personal care.

Through a mix of interactive activities, reflection, and group discussions, participants will explore how these five actions can improve their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Teachers will leave the course feeling refreshed, supported and empowered with tools to bring positivity into their classrooms and their lives.
