Stephen Dargan

After 9 years Managing teams and ultimately being excited about what drives the human condition. Stephen Dargan branched out in 2008 and began delivering programs, initially to school students, on the workings of us as humans and the psychology of why we act as we do.  From 2012 to 2023 he also delivered programmes for Mental health Charity Aware one the topics of Depression and Cognitive behaviour therapy. Since 2013 Stephen also began studying the effects of workplace happiness on company culture and how organizations can create workplaces where people feel good about themselves. Stephen recognizes that people do their best work when they feel good. Stephen has created, organised and facilitated three Workplace Happiness conferences in Dublin. With companies as diverse as Innocent drinks, AirBNB, Tonys Chocolonely and Perpetual Guadian NZ speaking about how they have created great working cultures.  Stephen has a podcast called WOW at work with various guests sharing their thoughts on shaping a better working world.
