Dr Gráinne Mulcahy

Gráinne is a full-time teacher in a large secondary school. A Holistic Practioner for over 30 years she uses mindfulness in her daily life and class practice. Her Doctorate in Education focused on Junior Cycle with an emphasis on student learning and assessment. A Masters in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Work grounds her in a student-centred approach to teaching and learning. All her courses are underpinned by a Post Grad in Programme Design and Validation from Maynooth University. She aims to develop meaningful, practical and well-resourced CPD. Working in Further Education Gráinne appreciates that learning is a lifelong process. Developing the skills and confidence to engage with learning is crucial, and we are never too young or too old to start.
